The clubhouse may be rented by Bayside Woods homeowners.
Living room like atmosphere: Lots of light, handscraped hardwood & ceramic tile floors, comfortable leather sofas, upholstered chairs and slate top occasional tables. There is also a round and an oval table with twelve oak Windsor style chairs.

• Kitchen: Full size sink, full size Fridge, electric stove, microwave and coffee maker.
• Folding tables and chairs.
• Attached deck with seating for eight.
Perfect for:
Holiday parties, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, small wedding receptions, family reunion, graduation parties, anniversary parties and retirement parties. Also perfect for book club, wine tasting, board/card game night, or any other need.
Cost: $50 to rent, plus a $150 refundable deposit.

Note: The clubhouse is reserved for the forth Monday of each month (except December) in the evening for regular board meetings. The clubhouse is also reserved for the second Tuesday of October for the Annual Homeowners Meeting.
